     Comment (5): Adding revised admin and becoming non-encouraging of late achievement delay, I've been able to maintain career and business value.  This expanded Career & SNT Biz Value comment does not give you attractive bottom line stats or research at this juncture and disclosure, however, if your genuine reading interest is concerned with business and project paces, decisions, topics, and relationships that can potentially be toxic or draining the life out of you, the description, comment and summaries here give solid understanding matching solid office management with valued personal and business process.  Clearly each detail here is preferred unscrutinized and it can even ruin a meeting.  However, in my qualified experience and understanding applied to work and relationships, each detail is found essential to a career and an IT business, if not Second Nature Technology all together.

Bottom Line Stats, Top Valued Concern

     Best indication of current and future career and SNT biz relationship and value at this time is not bottom line understanding or interpretation at this time but responsibly and importantly including detail, comment and description content here if you haven't already.  Clearly I don't like talking about this stuff, but it can be important and I can mention these relationship, contract, management, systems, responsible and admin topics if you need it.  Your interest, responsibility and management of those topics can add value to your project, business, team or concern (SEE "Consult Example").  Specifically, founded Second Nature Technology has been in successful development without loss or contemporary (economic) sacrifice, but I am sure that I need specific agreed bridging support in August 2011 and to the end of the year.  Currently pending our contact, meeting and result normal or expected for this type of career and biz juncture -SEE my "Image Summary".  Please include my recent Personal Career and SNT Post Card in Aug 2011 importantly appropriate, design-ethical, mentionable for your understanding, receipt, and forwarding.  While I experience tech errors your feedback is also appreciated.

     Sometimes economic sacrifice is a popular understanding, an interpretation, an expectation of contemporary IT industry priority for SNT business or an expectation from other industry concerns, businesses, or regulation.  Although there is always going to be normal difficult decisions for career and business, there seems to be enough hardship in today's difficult economic business climate for all incomes and markets that we hear, read, or experience not to elaborate with an example here today. 

Solid & Manageable
     If you would like to read my latest "Expanded Blog" below, please be sure to importantly include a positive value perspective in your understanding to negative mentions, it might even be a little comprehensive like a class.  However, please do not be intimidated or "turned off" with any mentions better for your qualified consideration context or referral.  Please be sure to not  limit yourself to binary "zeros and ones", to interpretation of my positive and negative mention -this is not  task and completion.  This comment includes career and biz responsibility topics and business development topics which are additionally valued for any responsible result and outcome.  Usually and genuinely, I can find the good news to keep relationship, business and team spirit up: Today, SNT is solid and manageable!

     However, during recent revised office and business development, I am concerned for experiencing an unusually low quantity of direct and meaningful available resources, low direct contact and low research results for opportunity when I know it's out there. Specifically describing my current defined business crisis and personal effects as SNT Owner, Founder and POA:

     Intrinsically valued direct contact and team environment translating to lower stress and burden for me is recently pending work invitation and supporting partnership(s) discovered or gained (SEE my "Image Summary") during my defined business crisis and personal effects -manageable.

     Originally, I thought all this difficulty and delay was only because people or potential partners or employers don't like me.  While I am founder of SNT and in clear understanding "liking" someone on Facebook is potentially different than everyday reality and work, my latest understanding is that people really are stressed, sometimes already in their safe zone, their comfort zone, and sometimes there is a variation of individuals or teams who expect or need perfection much too early without expense, planning, mature risk (towards contact me lol) or doing the work -and I'm the same of course (SEE this edougAboutSNT.com INTRO)! 

     FAQ-You need help -why?  Specifically in your complaints and concerns, Doug, what difficulty and need do you have that is not your fault?  Are you ready for contact, hire, project invitation and business development?

     Answer (4): Clearly needing help is not unusual.  Unusually breaking down need and exchange, you receive a type of help everyday without calling it "need" or "help" with all parts of education, research, personal and business process including contemporary social networking and business responsibility which contemporarily demands our relationship or denial.  Furthermore, this comment and FAQ answer is not a demonstration of independent achievement but mature elaboration of need, fulfillment, and economy with help and need at it's foundation.  Among popular trends of strength and survival, don't miss the team value, the client-customer business relationship, the intrinsic importance of those things and what is "important-to-me" all contributing to normal self achievement anyway -"helped" for lack of a better word.  What else is any "Help or Interest" for?

     Any pre-description or early assignment of fault or irresponsibility is clearly unfounded but can be difficult to understand during business development and during shared economic concerns and during valued topics.  Therefore, we are clearly to a priority of my correspondence and material, especially the appropriate, design-ethical, mentionable Post Card for my career and SNT Biz consideration.  My career and SNT Biz might not be finished, completed, fully disclosed, impressive, or crazy attractive, however, there is value and qualified reason for each detail in my comment and description.  Shortly summarizing, with my description and comment you can simply and clearly understand with every concern I am only redescribing financial responsibility, business itself, consumer technology and my career with a valued perspective I have developed from my life and work into Second Nature Technology and my available career separate -only pending our contact. 

     Can you clear your desk and pay attention for a moment because it can be difficult to follow?  In other words, without my effort or my priority, your interest, your concern or review demands my translation, description or even your independent research of my mentions or inferred topics -better for asap consideration and direct contact per interest or need.  Then, responsibly and usually conversation, relationship, expense, and effort clearly turns into business writing, business development, sales and partnership (my current valued juncture) with my vulnerable current complaints and concerns in (2) 1-additionally valued format disclosure and 2-a traditional demand reply format (of business) or my courtesy summary as I personally save my company.  This juncture is not preferred in comment format, here better for direct contact to me as Founder, not limited to same title.  Therefore, help and bridge support or disclosure and discovery is pending and needed -it's predictable circular result and delay is an additional complaint beyond economic mention, potentially interpreted as unethical, possibly an unusual strategy or described as irresponsible without my fault or source of irresponsibility while I am mutually concerned also -so I need help.

     Overview: The arrangement and potential damage of adverse or less desired topics and mentions today is often a shared economic concern, avoided, or resolved during forward positive recovery and progress -maybe not perfect, but definitely not preferred and clearly assured as not toxic to team, relationship or project.  Clearly this entire comment is valued, but often not preferred as an everyday priority, sometimes in budget as limited expense and with no or low risk accordingly.  Also as SNT Financial Manager, in lifetime responsible work and earning, I have added several personal learning topics important, valued but not irresponsible when missing.  For example, the “no spend” development that is better responsibly as part of my project format and my business planning, might be important for my SNT mission in responsible varied markets.  Also, not all money formats and amounts are progressively manageable or resolving current issues and concerns while responsible description of financial management includes expense, energy, and time that can be effecting to other parts of life and business responsibility.

     Specifically, today’s mature business and career value and longevity includes the topics of 1-manageability and operations and 2-responsible application of contemporary concerns with qualified understanding of improvement and standard comforts we might take for granted for projects or jobs -relationships, partners, public and private responsibility and human resources.  In turn, these are described by my need and pending parts of my "Positive Recovery" project in a valued juncture that is usual and expected at this stage.  Accordingly, I am responding to others' low reply at this time with my designed summarizing project "Help & interest" flexible to career and SNT biz interest.  FAQ-What is your point of interest?

     Sometimes simplified  to the topic of business or personal “management" I am speaking of things such as location, expectation (including consumer technology and compensation, clearly all valuable mentions at this time), back office admin and office policy, procedure, expense (for example SEE my “Intro” here) and of course hire and outsourcing.  For example, often at first glance, we are innocently used to a finished project or relationship without "training" or "orientation" understanding.  Sometimes part of short delay and sometimes part of relationship development, this juncture or expense can often be a valued part of business itself or even a strength of a person, relationship, project or business.  This resume-style website and your consideration is not limited to "tech" or "software" or my founded business SNT, but clearly your personal need, your business or your project includes additionally valued topics of remote life and work using consumer technology in meetings for meetings -this is sometimes normal for marketing and design junctures, for multiple topics and value or potentially popular.  Clearly, this format without preferred or qualified support can be disruptive sometimes or interesting at other times and clearly this published courtesy summary and comment, while vulnerable includes valued marketing topics and is part of my business and career value current or projected.  These are different from quality, environment and other valued topics although sometimes including them -matching my "Image Summary" topics for example.  This can even be interpreted as value from any perspective, outcome, or result if you want to slap and assessment to it. 

     FAQ-But why incomplete parts of business, personal projects, planning or need?  Why the adverse overtone here?

     Answer (4): Importantly, I am ready for our new or revised relationship!  With discretionary mature decision and inclusion of others concerns all day everyday as a normal way of life complimented with sure direction, I have personally maintained career value and possibly even my soul while the economy is so bad.  “Professionally” as a business owner, I have built manageable value and experience while also importantly non-encouraging of delay and some unusual improvement timing or format that sometimes give additional issues or crisis context.

     Additionally valued and shortly addressed in my “Help and Interest INTRO” in “Topics-Varied Expectation” is the earlier mentioned exciting parts of SNT business development: new projects, experience, people, sales, success, design and work.  This can be ruined by unfamiliar or unqualified business pace and expectation in today’s varied marketing “channel” expectation.  Although I have always been patient and in mature priority, I am not a good salesperson and don’t have to be one as a business owner, however, there is a demand for it -for that quality.  Specifically, each meeting, relationship, success and change potentially has varied expectation where reducing that expectation can become expensive and draining or even unethical or irresponsible in today’s “channel” and very individualized or personalized environments and expectations.
